Delivery & Returns

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with no indication of the contents.

All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the doorstep or with neighbors.

The next-day delivery cut-off is 3 pm Monday - Friday * excluding bank holidays.

UK: Goods are dispatched by the choice you select during checkout. Royal Mail: If you are not in when the parcel arrives, they will keep it at their local depot for seven days, enabling you to pick it up. After seven days, the parcel returns to us. Delivery takes 1-3 days.

DPD Courier: If you are away when the parcel arrives, they will keep the package at their local depot for five days, enabling you to pick it up. After five days, the parcel is returned to us. Delivery takes 1-2 days. £5.99

Southern Ireland:- Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over 2kg, then goods are sent via DPD Courier International. Delivery takes 3-5 days.

Europe:- Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Goods over this weight are sent via DPD Courier International. Delivery takes 3-5 days. £8.11

Rest of World:- Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Goods over this weight are sent via DPD Courier International. Delivery takes 3-5 days. £9.99

Returns Policy

Blackandred.uk wants you to be pleased with your purchase, so we have a no-fuss returns policy.

If you are unhappy, you may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items or a refund.

For hygiene reasons, please do not open items you wish to send back, as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.

We have an unbranded PO Box number for returning items that are not broken.

Due to the apparent health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned, if they are not broken, the following terms have to be met.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.

3. Goods not heat-sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day your customer received their order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Any discrepancies or damaged items must be reported within 36 hours of delivery.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the goods.

Defective Items and Warranty.

When an item is operated by batteries, we recommend that you check using a different set of batteries and that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning these items.


If the product is defective, please explain the fault in a cover letter and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement. We offer a full-year warranty on all products. If the item is defective in the first month of purchase, email us at [email protected]. We will then provide you with our free post address.

If the item is more than three months old, please send it back to us with a cover letter. We will then arrange a replacement.

Goods can be exchanged or refunded for up to 30 days if they have a defect. After 30 days, an exchange is only available.

All returned products are tested and will be returned to you at your expense if they are found to be working or in an unacceptable condition. The return cost for Royal Mail Tracked delivery is £3.99
